As a Financial Controller, I’ve managed complex financial operations for businesses across industries like HVAC, manufacturing, staffing, retail, and child care, working with companies ranging from $5 million to over $300 million in revenue. In each role, I learned the importance of resilience and adaptability—traits that have become core to the “Rhino Principle” we apply here. In addition to overseeing accounting, I’ve managed human resources, IT, and e-commerce departments, tackling challenges with the determination and flexibility that every owner-operator needs to succeed. Whether resources were tight or time was short, I found ways to make things work, keeping efficiency at the heart of my approach.

Throughout my career, I’ve had to wear many different hats—just like an owner-operator. I’ve never been one for titles; I’m here to help however I can. Sometimes that means handling a quick project, and other times it’s working as a consultant, advisor, or even a coach. At the end of the day, I just want to be your “Accounting Guy”—the one who’s got your back as you navigate the challenges of business ownership.
